The Information We Collect
Online Activities and Cookies. To create and/or submit an application or request to the Services you will need to provide your email address, and other personal and non-personal information. Other Activities. When you engage in certain activities through the Services, such as registering as a user of the Services, sending us a message using the Services, ordering a product or service, we may ask you to provide personal information. How We Use Your Personal Information

We will never request your password, user name, financial account information or other personal information through e-mail. This practice, called “phishing,” is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond.
Our Relationship to Other Sites that can be Accessed Through the Services
The Services may contain links to other websites or you may have been directed to the Services from another website. We do not review or monitor the websites linked to the Services and are not responsible for the contents or privacy policies related to any other websites. If you visit one of these other websites, you should review the privacy policy on that website. Where the Services contains a link to another website owned and/or operated by us, such website use may be subject to different and additional terms of use and privacy policy terms and conditions.
Your Options Regarding Personal Information
You may request that we correct, update or amend your Personal information we collect and maintain. To update us regarding changes in your Personal Information, please contact us as described below.
You may elect to opt-out of receipt of email and text communications from us by following the instructions provided in such communications or by contacting us as provided below. Even after opting out, you may still receive service oriented, non-promotional communications from us and promotional communications from other third parties as a result of their own interactions or transactions with you, or as a result of our sale of your information to third parties. Please allow time for us to process your request or contact us should you have any concerns about your opt-out request.
Do-Not-Track Signals
“Do-Not-Track” is a public-private initiative that has developed a technical “flag” or signal that an end-user may be able to activate within their browser software to notify websites that they do not wish to be “tracked” by third parties as defined by the initiative. Because there is no uniform technical standard for recognizing “Do-Not-Track” signals, this website does not recognize such signals. However, we recognize and honor newer universal opt-out signals where users activate a setting within their browser to notify websites that they do not wish to be tracked by third parties across the internet. If your browser supports it, you can turn on the Global Privacy Control (GCP) to opt-out of this tracking.
You may also follow the steps provided by initiatives that educate users on how to set tracking preferences for most online advertising tools. Request to Know
You may request no more than twice in any 12-month period and, subject to verification of your identity and certain exemptions, we will provide:

- The categories of Personal Information sold or shared for purposes of cross-contextual advertising to a third party, as well as the categories of third parties to whom such personal information was disclosed, by category of categories of personal information for each category of third party.

Request to Delete
You may request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to verification of your identity and the exceptions provided by law. If you do not delete your account, however, we may retain Personal Information to provide services requested. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Request to Correct
You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to verification of your identity and exceptions provided by law.
Request Not to Sell or Share Personal Information
You have the right to opt-out from having your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information sold to third parties. You also have the right to opt-out from having your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information shared with third parties for purposes of cross-contextual advertising. The Company has no actual knowledge of any sales of Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age.
Request to Limit Use and Disclosure
You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information.
Right to Opt Out of Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT)
You have the right to opt out of our use of automated decision-making technology, including profiling, which uses your personal information to evaluate, analyze, or predict aspects about you such as your preferences, interests, behavior, economic situation, or performance.
No Retaliation for Exercising Rights.
California law prohibits any retaliation against consumers for exercising their privacy rights.
These rights are subject to various exclusions and exceptions under applicable laws and are also subject to our being able to reasonably verify your identity and authority to make a request. To facilitate this verification, you must provide us with your full legal name and mailing address, and we may need to request further information.
Additional California Privacy Rights.
California residents may ask us to refrain from sharing Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Please contact us as described above to indicate your preference. Please also note it may take us up to thirty (30) days to fully process your request.
Please note that these rights apply to select California consumers. Only you, or an agent you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, so it must include your name, address, and phone number.
To authorize another person to make a verifiable request on your behalf, you must provide that person with written permission clearly describing their authority to make a request on your behalf. That agent must also be able to verify their identity with us and provide us with their authority to act on your behalf. An individual to whom you have provided Power of Attorney pursuant to Sections 4000 – 4465 of the California Probate Code may also make a request on your behalf. The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, so it must include your name, address, and phone number.
To authorize another person to make a verifiable request on your behalf, you must provide that person with written permission clearly describing their authority to make a request on your behalf. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
