Be Part of Something Great

Our Story
Wesley Financial Group was born from a powerful story. Our founder, Chuck McDowell, once a timeshare salesman, was struck by the industry’s wrongdoings. He stopped selling timeshares and started helping families escape them, marking the birth of our mission — to help good people get out of bad timeshare situations. Today, we receive over 3,000 requests for help every week. Despite challenges and obstacles over the past decade, we’ve continued to fight, driven by our passion to help those trapped in timeshares.
Our Team

Our Culture
Our culture thrives on collaboration, support, and mutual growth. Every voice is valued, every contribution is celebrated, and every team member is encouraged to develop and thrive. We’re a team that stands for integrity and for each other. We also know how to have fun and enjoy our work too! Whether it’s a food truck, a round of foosball, or a volunteer day, we always find ways to connect at the workplace.

“In my role, I have the utmost pleasure of getting to know everyone associated with Wesley. Whether it be the leadership team, colleagues, or a client visiting our office, everyone is genuine and courteous. When I came to Wesley almost three years ago, I brought over 20 years of administrative experience. This is by far the most welcoming environment I have ever experienced. The atmosphere at Wesley is extremely positive and it is a pleasure working with this team of professionals.”

“Wesley Financial Group has a culture that’s centered around the well-being and ethical treatment of not only its prospects and clients, but its employees as well. I left my job of a decade to join this team, because I watched Wesley grow and thrive over time and felt safe in a fulfilling future here. Being able to work for an establishment that executes its mission to do good by its people with whatever means possible, is a huge blessing. Fighting a good fight to secure a better future for those who need help, alongside quality people under a quality premise, is hard to come by and I’m very fortunate to be a part of it all.”
