Timeshare Salespeople Had No Respect for Disabled Veteran, Edward H.

Edward H. is a retired officer with the US Air Force and former director at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital, yet he was still taken advantage of by dishonest timeshare representatives who pressured and hassled him into purchasing something he was not interested in.

The following is a written account of Edward’s timeshare experience. We hope it will enlighten you on some of the deceitful tactics often used in the timeshare industry. The names of people and companies have been changed or omitted due to privacy concerns.

“Originally, I attended one of those promotional presentations while staying at a family friend’s timeshare. The entire presentation ended up taking about 8 hours, and they fed me so much information that it was difficult to remember it all. The representative was being extremely pushy and persistent with me when I showed no interest at first, and I was eventually swayed into believing that I was signing up for something not too costly.”

The timeshare salespeople were dishonest to Edward about the availability when it came to booking vacations. He was never able to find available rooms at reasonable locations when planning trips for his family. On several occasions, Edward and his family had to stay at other resorts even though they were still paying for a timeshare.

“They were not truthful to me and lied about everything it seemed. I called them numerous times with concerns, but they never helped me in any shape or form. They even hassled me about providing proof of my incapacitation with a number of ridiculous documents I had to submit. I could quickly tell that they did not care for me at all.”

Edward was ready to get out of his timeshare and had spoken to a couple of other companies who made promises to cancel his timeshare. When he realized these other companies were not reliable or trustworthy, he came to Wesley Financial Group, LLC after seeing the positive feedback we receive for our services provided.

“It was a fantastic and awesome experience working with WFG and it was resolved a lot quicker than I had expected. Just within 5 months, they were able to relieve me of over $10,000 I had accumulated in mortgage debt.* I am 100% satisfied with the results I received!”

Now that Edward is completely free of his timeshare, he is excited about being able to take regular vacations with his family and not have to worry about a lack of availability or increasing hidden fees.

If you or someone you know has had a timeshare experience similar to Edward’s, please feel free to pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
