Dorothy M. And Her Husband Cruise Past Timeshare Company

Dorothy and her husband decided to take a vacation to celebrate their retirement. After being misled into buying a timeshare, the couple felt lied to. The following includes first hand accounts from Dorothy about her timeshare experience. We hope her story helps shed light on the shameful sales tactics the timeshare industry uses on trusting people.

“We told them from the beginning that my husband was in his mid 70's and this was not a good fit for us. They did not listen and kept pushing for the sale. We were told that we could use our timeshare ownership for the same type of vacations that we liked: cruising, island hopping, etc. If only that was true. We were told that one phone number would get us in touch with everyone we would ever need. That was also a lie. Trying to contact them was like playing a game at the carnival. After four separate attempts to book one week they were not able to accommodate us on any dates with any of their properties.”

Reflecting on the sales meeting Dorothy experienced, she wishes she could go back and inform herself of all the wrongful manipulation that was going on. Especially after speaking with a few so-called managers.

“In hindsight, we realize the total presentation, from the minute we got there to the minute we got back on the elevator with our signed contract in hand to leave, was an elaborate smoke and mirrors set up. It was a tag-team approach. Other ‘managers’ would come by constantly and tell us how lucky we were to be considering this unbelievable offer. It was like constant chaos to keep us from being able to think clearly. We were told we could do the exact vacation that we wanted to do any time and to any place.”

After experiencing a lot of failed attempts to book vacations, the midwestern couple became very fed up with their timeshare company. One night while watching the news, a commercial came on for Wesley Financial Group, LLC. Dorothy looked at her husband and they began to discuss our services as an option.

“I just remember us looking at each other and going, ‘Well, what do you think?’ We filled out our information and sent it back to Wesley and never turned back.”

After reaching out to us, we were able to help Dorothy and her husband relieve themselves of the financial burden that was their timeshare. They are now totally free of their timeshare and have been liberated of any and all fees.*

“From the first scheduled phone meeting with Wesley Financial Group, LLC to the last congratulatory email they sent us, it was an absolutely amazing experience. The communication was outstanding. Everyone was so professional and compassionate at the same time. They are all our fighting champions.”

If you know someone who could potentially use our services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
