Job Summary:
Wesley Financial Group is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full
recruitment life cycle for our team. You will develop long-term recruiting strategies
and create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future needs. In
addition to core recruiting, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key
projects that have a direct impact on our culture.

Responsibilities:
● Manage the hiring process for high volume positions with a focus on key corporate
functions across the organization, including the posting, sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and offers for assigned positions.
● Ensure consistency across job descriptions to attract top candidates that fit
specific needs of the team.
● Develop good working relationships across all hiring teams to ensure a positive
candidate experience and effective hiring strategies and processes.
● Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums,
social media, etc.

● Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
● Facilitate and coordinate interview process, build long-lasting relationships, and
ensure a stellar candidate experience
● Develop and maintain consistent pipeline activity for positions assigned.
● Network to source talent and deliver creative, consultative, search-based hiring
approaches for recruiting. Develop referral networks.
Requirements:
● Preferred bachelor’s degree.
● 3 + years of full cycle recruiting experience.
● Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
● The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
● Ability to work under pressure to fill open positions.
● Good decision-making skills.
● Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft applications and Microsoft
Office.
● Strong interpersonal communication skills.
● Must be extremely detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
● Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
● Willing and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Thorough knowledge of employment laws.
