Jose and Rachel A. Get Tricked Into Timeshare After Virtual Presentation

Jose and Rachel’s timeshare debacle was a little different. The couple was manipulated into buying a timeshare virtually as opposed to in person. The following includes excerpts from Jose and Rachel and how they were tricked into buying their timeshare. The names of companies and people have been omitted for privacy reasons.

“It all started with this company offering us two free tickets to Disney World. All we had to do was attend a virtual presentation by them. From the start, everything looked very professional. They explained how the unit came with free breakfast. Everything in the room looked very clean. I believe they made the presentation so that it would literally only show the good parts.”

After giving in, and signing on their timeshare, Jose and Rachel booked their first trip and immediately began to see that what they saw on their computer was vastly different from what they were witnessing in person.

“When we got there, the first thing that really began to steer me the wrong way was the front desk. Their attitude towards us was very rude. It was just bad communication all around. A lot of their staff didn’t know what was going on. It felt like every department at this resort was not on the same page. Then, we arrived at the room. It was very dirty, especially the floors and bedding. This was just the start of it all. After we got out of the room, we began to notice all the amenities they had shown us in the presentation. Not a single one of them looked the same in person.”

After their trip, Jose and Rachel knew they needed to get out of this mess they had been subjected to. Upon getting back home, they did some research and that’s when they found Wesley Financial Group, LLC.

We were able to assist Jose and Rachel and completely terminate their timeshare. Now that they’ve been liberated of this financial stress, the couple can’t wait to get back to travelling.*

We are so grateful to be out of that mess. Now that we’re timeshare free we can’t wait to travel at our own comfort. It’s so nice to know that we can book anytime, anywhere, and we aren’t tied down to something that we don’t even enjoy.

Does Jose and Rachel’s timeshare experience sound familiar to you? If you know someone who could potentially use our services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
