Travis C. Was Given A Broken Promise That He Could Bring His Dog To His Timeshare

Travis and wife were promised that they could bring their dog to their timeshare. After owning their timeshare for one month, they soon realized this was not the case when they were told to take it to a kennel upon arrival. Below is a word for word account of the timeshare ordeal that Travis experienced. “The main pain was when we purchased our timeshare we were told that we could use it anytime we wanted with prior approval. We were also told we could bring our pet, as long as it was a small dog. Of course, none of this was true. After our purchase, we returned the following year with our small dog and we were told that we would have to take our dog to a kennel, and it wasn't allowed to stay in our timeshare. Of course, we argued with no success. We wanted to talk with our sales person, of which we dealt with when we purchased it, but he no longer worked for the timeshare company.”
