As a single father of four, David was told timeshares would help make his vacations more affordable. But when the cost of his unit kept increasing he immediately started to try and find a way out.
The following includes excerpts from David in regards to his timeshare experience. We hope his narrative helps to showcase a few of the manipulative strategies the timeshare industry uses on trusting customers. The names of people and companies have been changed and/or removed for privacy reasons.
“I remember during my timeshare presentation they told me how I could go anywhere in the world at any of their locations. They kept saying the costs were low and how many weeks I could use from within the point system.”
However, it didn’t take long for the truth to be brought to the surface. David would soon find out none of these promised benefits were true.
“Well, so much for that because the costs kept escalating and I was not able to use my week where I wanted even after calling four months in advance. Not to mention, it was a very confusing point system which was nothing like I was informed at the super sales meeting.”
One night, while watching T.V., David saw a commercial for Wesley Financial Group, LLC (WFG). He was interested in learning more about the timeshare cancellation process.
“I remember after I saw the T.V. advertisement I figured I may as well call and get more information. That’s when I had the pleasure of talking with a fantastic and professional associate who explained everything very clearly to me.”
Fast forward a few months and we are pleased to announce that David is in the final stages of his closing process.*
“I am very satisfied with the WFG process to this point. We’re almost through the entire process and everyone has been very pleasant, courteous and professional. The assistance I have received is top-notch.”
