Jake M. Was Told He Could Use His Timeshare Any Time, Any Place

After Jake retired from a long career as a public educator he decided he wanted to travel the world. When he heard this was a benefit of owning a timeshare, he became very intrigued. However, it didn’t take long for him to realize that his timeshare company lied to him and he was left with fees that kept piling up.

The following includes a written account of the timeshare disaster that Jake experienced. We hope his excerpts help convey a few of the awful strategies the timeshare industry uses on innocent customers. Names of people have been changed and/or redacted for privacy reasons.

“In my very first timeshare presentation, they told me that this was like owning property and it could be bought and sold and passed on to my kids. They told me that I could use the timeshare whenever I wanted. But I could never get the dates or the places when I wanted them. I even had to lose points as I could not use them because of these issues. Not to mention, I couldn’t use the timeshare because of my age and health.”

With all of these issues, Jake decided to reach out to his timeshare company and state his concerns, but they did not show any sympathy.

“They informed me that it was too late to cancel, and they also said they couldn’t help me out because the entire development was not completed. None of this made any sense to me.”

Feeling like he was stuck in a never-ending money pit, Jake became very discouraged with his chances of getting out of his timeshare agreement. Then, one day he got into a conversation with his cousin, who told him about Wesley Financial Group, LLC (WFG).

“I had heard and read about all of the timeshare cancellation scams that take your money and do nothing for you in return. But my cousin reassured me that this company (WFG) had good ratings from certain review sites. Sure enough, I did my research and he was right.”

Jake's favorite part about the WFG termination process was the comfortable nature in which the staff worked with him.

“They never made me feel any sort of pressure. They always offered alternatives and choices. They led me by the hand through the whole process and their staff was always immediately available when I needed help.”

We are proud to inform you that our team was able to successfully terminate Jake’s timeshare and relieve him of over $6,000 in timeshare mortgage debt.*

Now that he’s timeshare free, Jake is looking forward to being able to save money since he’s now on a fixed income. He also can’t wait to start vacationing again. This time, without a timeshare tying him down to any future obligations.

Does Jake’s timeshare saga sound eerily familiar? If you know someone who’s in timeshare distress and could use our legitimate services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
