Kelly & Thomas H. Were Deceived Into Buying Two Units at Once!

Kelly and Thomas H. took an offer for what they thought was “hotel accommodations plus dinner...and a certificate for a discounted trip.” Little did they know that those offers would open the doors to a living nightmare for them. After sitting through a grueling sales presentation, the couple was sold not one, but two separate timeshares when the salesman gave them a common timeshare sales pitch: 

“We were told that it would be a great investment for our family and that we could go anywhere we wanted anytime,” said Kelly. “We were told that not only would we get timeshare benefits at our home timeshare, but we could exchange at any time and that we could get discounts on airlines and cruises.” 

Unfortunately, these types of lies and misconceptions are told daily to those unsuspecting of usual timeshare sales tactics. The salesman might present “options” for you as a timeshare holder, but many of these “options” are actual lies or the altered truth. 

After agreeing to purchase the timeshares, the couple had continued to experience the “run around” with their timeshare provider.

“They did not do a very good job of explaining the company we had to use for exchanges...that we would have to pay multiple fees, to continue to deposit [for] our units and our getaways. We just threw money away yearly and got no benefits.”
