Layne A. Doesn’t Lose Hope In Finding A Way Out

With only a few years away from retirement, Layne has seen her timeshare’s maintenance fees increase drastically every year. Below is a word for word account of the timeshare ordeal that Layne experienced. “When I started to see my maintenance fees increase every year I knew something was up. I was told I couldn’t cancel even after originally being told that was a possibility. Another thing that really upset me was that they didn’t tell me that even after I’m gone my children will have to continue to pay my maintenance fees. I was led to believe that once the timeshare was paid off, I could pass the timeshare down to my children and that they wouldn't have to pay anything for it.”
