The following is a word-for-word account given by Mark & Cindy A. Names of people and entities have been changed for privacy reasons.
What started as a typical “free” 3 day, 2 night stay for Mark and Cindy A. eventually led to a long sales pitch and agreeing to what the couple was told is a “great investment for their family.”
“It started with a tour of the grounds and then intense sales talk/convincing. We were told that this property could be handed down to our heirs and that we could use it anywhere in the US that was [our timeshare] property. We were also told that it was a sound financial investment, because if we decided we didn’t want it anymore the timeshare company would assist us in re-selling it to another individual.”
After the tour, the couple was “wined and dined” until they ultimately decided to purchase their timeshare. However, the headaches of trying to reserve their timeshare immediately began.
“We are always told that there is nothing available,” said Cindy. “Although if we go online as a ‘new’ inquiry, they have plenty of availability as long as we attend a presentation.”
To make the situation worse for the couple, Mark has since developed pretty severe medical issues, and they attempted to ask the timeshare company if they could sell or release the timeshare. Unfortunately, the timeshare company has not helped them, leaving them stuck with their timeshare.
“My husband is having severe medical issues,” said Cindy. “When we informed [the timeshare company] that we could no longer vacation or use the facility they refused to help us.”
After several failed attempts to escape their timeshare nightmare, the couple decided to contact us here at Wesley Financial Group, LLC.* Now our team is hard at work in the process of terminating the couple’s timeshare. If you know someone who could potentially use our services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
