When Brian attended a timeshare presentation he was told numerous times that the sales staff wasnโ€™t trying to sell him anything more than he already had. Yet a few hours later he walked out with a five-figure timeshare agreement and more points.

Below is a word for word account of the timeshare ordeal that Brian experienced. We hope his written account will enlighten some of the tactics that the timeshare industry often uses on good, unsuspecting people. Names of people have been changed and/or redacted for privacy reasons.

โ€œWe were told that they were only going to show us the building across the way and how clean it was, etc. We were told several times that they could not sell us anything due to coronavirus and we fell right into their trap. When we asked for the gift card up front, as we were told to ask for, they led us across to the other building. I had told them that we were paid up with our rep until April, but they told us they can’t refund that even though the payment was sent to them. Instead, they said we can get points for that money. Now realizing extra points just means more money for maintenance fees, I was very upset.โ€

Before Brian was pressured into putting more money into his timeshare agreement, he was manipulated during a sales presentation for prospective clients.

โ€œAt the beginning when we questioned the sale, they told us that they could drop the amount from $13,000 to $8,000. But we still would have to keep the points and pay for them. It just didnโ€™t add up, but before we knew we were out of there with a timeshare agreement in hand.โ€

โ€œI have been working two jobs all my life and needed to get away some time.I thought timeshare would help me, and it did, until they got aggressive with talking you into more purchases every time you went anywhere. We had known that eventually they would convert all whole weeks into points but that never happened. We had to find a way out.โ€

One day, while scrolling through the internet, Brian saw an answer to his prayer โ€“ an advertisement for Wesley Financial Group, LLC (WFG).

โ€œWeโ€™re retired and have medical bills. We canโ€™t do this anymore, so I figured Iโ€™d call WFG.โ€

Brian was most intrigued by the information he received in the mail from WFG, including the book about Chuck McDowellโ€™s fight against the timeshare industry. After reading through successful termination stories and testimonials, Brian decided to take his first step towards leaving his timeshare in the rearview mirror.

โ€œI am so thankful and more satisfied than ever now. I feel blessed to have found WFG. Now my wife and I can sleep at night and not have to think about timeshares ever again.โ€

We are happy to inform you that our team not only terminated Brianโ€™s timeshare, but also relieved him and his wife of over $13,000 in timeshare mortgage debt.*

โ€œThe kindness and understanding of the position we were in was what we enjoyed most about working with WFG. We now can feel free of so much stress and enjoy our life and go on vacation when we have the means to.โ€

If you know someone whoโ€™s in timeshare distress and could use our legitimate services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
