As A Single Mother, Timeshare Debt Is The Last Thing Emilia C. Needed

As a single mother, Emilia was manipulated into a timeshare when a sales representative told her that if she wanted to take a vacation every year and make some money on the side, a timeshare was the way to go. Below is a word for word account of the timeshare nightmare that Emilia experienced. Names have been removed due to privacy reasons.

When my son and I were on a vacation, I attended a presentation where multiple sales people told me how fantastic it was to own a timeshare. They said I could rent it out to generate some income and even pass it on to my son and his family down the road.

Feeling like this was a no-brainer, Emilia later found out that there were a lot more expenses than the sales representatives originally led her to believe.

I was misled in a lot of the out of pocket expenses that I would be responsible to pay,  especially with the maintenance fee. It kept increasing as time went by. It also increased whenever the resort decided to do upgrades. It was misleading in renting the timeshare to generate money.

Emilia wanted out. Luckily her brother had already requested information from Wesley Financial Group, LLC, so he was able to refer to us.

After reading all of the information that Wesley sent me via email and all the videos of other customers, it was an easy choice. I could tell that Wesley Financial Group was very successful. When I was getting started out with the process, everyone I spoke to was very clear and explained things very well. I never felt left out with all the updates the agents gave me.

After getting in touch with us, we were able to help Emilia relieve $13,000 in mortgage debt and a little over $1,000 per year on her maintenance fees. Now that her timeshare is terminated, Emilia plans to go on vacations and avoid any sort of timeshare meetings at all costs.

I can’t wait to plan my vacations accordingly and I promised myself to never attend a timeshare presentation ever again.”
