It Only Took A Week For Corey A. To Realize His Timeshare Was A Mistake

Corey and his wife are a young, active couple who love to travel with their Australian Shepard named Jackson. On one particular vacation, they were invited to a “short” presentation where they were sold a timeshare under the guise of a “good investment.”

The following is a word for word account of the timeshare debacle that Corey and his wife experienced. We hope his written narrative will help showcase a few of the dishonest tactics the timeshare industry uses on a daily basis. The names of people and companies have been changed or omitted for privacy concerns.

“We love to travel and see the world, and we love exploring new places. When we attended the presentation, we were told that if we never used our points, we could sell them to make ‘some money,” said Corey.

Immediately realizing his mistake, Corey tried to cancel the timeshare; however, the company was unwilling to cooperate because they already had him hooked!

“Eight days after we signed up for it, I went straight to them to cancel and was told I missed my time window by one day! I tried selling the timeshare to another company who only wanted to pay us 10% of what it was worth and what we owed on it.”

Corey thought they were out of options to cancel their timeshare until they saw a Wesley Financial Group, LLC (“WFG”) advertisement on Youtube. After some research, he thought WFG might provide him the services he needed, so he gave us a call. We were able to work with Corey and his family to cancel his timeshare.*

“Wesley Financial Group had the most positive reviews, and when I reached out I felt like I would be in great hands if I went with the company. It took about a year to cancel our timeshare, but I liked that I was always in the loop with my contact. I am beyond satisfied working with them.”

Do you know someone who is stuck in a similar timeshare situation? We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
