Nancy E. Had Two Timeshares Passed Onto Her And Was Swindled Into Exchanging Her Weeks For Points

Nancy is a retired registered nurse and grandmother who was unfortunately pulled into an industry she had no experience with. She became burdened with the financial responsibility for two timeshare properties. The following includes written accounts from Nancy on her timeshare experiences and we hope it will help shed some light on the deceitful tactics used by timeshare salespeople on their innocent customers. The names of people and companies have been changed or omitted due to privacy concerns.

“I was given my first timeshare by a colleague to continue our traditional company retreats, but these trips never continued, and I was left with the financial burden myself. The second timeshare was purchased with a friend and we intended to travel the world together, but my friend fell ill shortly after the purchase and we never had the opportunity to use it.”

After Nancy’s friend had passed, her company retreats ended, and even her own traveling abilities changed. She no longer had use for these timeshares and began looking for a way out. Obviously, the timeshare companies did not show any compassion for this situation and only continued to mislead Nancy into decisions that greatly affected her well-being.

“Their sales tactics were so overwhelming and condescending, I felt like they were just trying to wear me down the whole time. They told me that if I did not exchange my weeks into the points system, then my properties would become less valuable and there would be fewer options to exchange in the future. Since doing so, I have not had any success in booking a vacation or trip due to the lack of availability. Friends of mine later told me that they never exchanged their weeks into points and they have had none of the issues I’ve had.”

Actively searching for a way out of both timeshares for three years, Nancy was referred to Wesley Financial Group, LLC by a family friend and is now living completely timeshare free. She had a feeling this was the right company for her situation after listening to other testimonials that were so similar to her own.

“I am extremely satisfied with my results with WFG! I didn’t know what to expect at first but they were all so responsive, respectful, and caring with me. I felt like I was working with someone who really cared about me and my situation. The outcome that they delivered in liberating me from these timeshare companies was great, but the people at WFG that helped me along the way were amazing!”

After contacting us, we were able to assist Nancy in terminating both of her timeshares in less than a year and were able to relieve her of close to $10,000 in timeshare mortgage debt.* Now that she is free of these burdens, Nancy plans to travel the way she wants to and enjoy vacations with her family.

If you know someone whose timeshare experience is similar to Nancy’s here, please feel free to pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
