Scammed By Timeshare Company, Sandra Was Stuck With Two Timeshares

Sandra purchased a timeshare from a timeshare company after she was promised that they would sell her current timeshare, that was with a different company, to cover the costs. 


Rather than doing as they promised, Sandra ended up with two timeshares. When she asked about having the old timeshare sold, the company told her she had to pay $1,500 for them to sell it for her. She paid the fee. However, they took Sandra’s money and never sold her old timeshare.
