Wanda L. Didn’t Want Her Timeshare to Haunt Her Family

The following is a word for word account given by Wanda L. Names of people and entities have been changed for privacy reasons.

Wanda L. and her late husband purchased a timeshare several years ago. While it seemed like a nice gesture from her husband, Wanda didn’t really want the hassle of keeping up with the timeshare, but she went along with it to make her husband happy.

“He thought that if we had something like this, it would be easier for me to travel when he was gone because he didn’t like to travel,” said Wanda. “It was a sweet gesture, but our jobs never allowed for us to plan vacations the way you would need to in order for this timeshare to work.”

The timeshare sales representative initially sold the couple a “half property,” according to Wanda, so they were shocked when they discovered that this initial purchase didn’t even cover enough points for an actual vacation.

“We found out later that we would never have enough points to use for even a weekend trip, and that I could only use it on the east coast,” said Wanda. “This caused me to buy another property into their sister company so that I could vacation on the west coast and have enough points to use.”

“I ended up having to buy the second half of the [original] property to make it “whole.” I felt taken and was so upset! I needed a way out!

This shaky sales tactic might have worked at first, but Wanda immediately sensed something was wrong when she tried to remove her husband from any documents related to the property after his passing.

“My prayers were answered when I ran across a Facebook post about Wesley Financial Group, LLC  [WFG]. I started to do some research on the company and founder; once I felt comfortable, I decided to reach out to them and start the process. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect [after reaching out], but the team was always clear as to what to expect.”

Wanda is now working with us here at WFG to release her of this timeshare burden and move on from these past mistakes.* If you know someone who could potentially use our services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
