Celebrating Our Employees: We celebrated our incredible team, recognizing their hard work and dedication every chance there was. Our wonderful HR department hosted staff lunches and holiday parties all throughout the year and went above and beyond during Employee Appreciation Week with games, raffle prizes, massages, snacks, and much more. Wesley employees are celebrated year-round!
Providing Counseling Services: A new initiative introduced last year to honor our staff further was providing them with counseling services. With on-site therapists available, as well as those for remote workers, we acknowledge the importance of mental health and well-being for all of our employees.
Offering Lunch & Learns: Employees had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills through our engaging Lunch & Learn sessions. Guest speakers covered topics such as Leadership and Safety Training, Stress Management, Vision Board and Goal Setting, Health and Wellness Tips from Medical House Calls, and more.

St. Jude 5K: In September, Wesley Financial Group participated as a company in the St. Jude Walk/Run fundraising event. This exciting, family-friendly event helped raise funds to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Local Food Drive: Several times throughout the year, our company joined forces with Second Harvest Food Bank to host Food Drives. These findrasing initiatives help to combat food insecurity in our community.
Holiday Toy Drive: Closing our 2023, Wesley Financial Group volunteered with Nashville's Metro Police Christmas Charities Annual Toy Drive. Many of our employees were so delighted to spend the holiday season spreading joy to young children.
