After Jeff and his wife were tricked into their timeshare agreement, the math just didn’t add up. Jeff was paying maintenance fees every year, but he was only allowed to use his timeshare every other year.

Below is a word for word account of the timeshare ordeal that Jeff experienced. We hope his written account will enlighten some of the tactics that the timeshare industry often uses on good, unsuspecting people. Names of people have been changed and/or redacted for privacy reasons.

“My wife and I are both retired. She was a real estate broker, and I served over 30 years in the military. We both feel like we are pretty aware of scams, and so when we were lied to about our timeshare we felt very frustrated. They told us that our timeshare would be passed down to our kids as a part of our estate. Looking back on this statement, it’s funny to think that gifting our kids debt would be perceived as a benefit.”

Jeff decided to look for a way out once he realized he was paying an increasing amount of maintenance fees every year for a timeshare he could only use every other year. He remembered his timeshare sales representative mentioning that he could sell his timeshare at any point, and so he did more research about it and decided to reach out.

“I remember they told me I could sell it, but when I went to do so they referred me to a third party company that couldn’t do anything for me. It was a lost cause.”

After having heard a few commercials for Wesley Financial Group, LLC (WFG), Jeff decided to finally reach out.

We are proud to inform you that after we took on Jeff as a client, his timeshare agreement is now completely terminated.*

“I am very satisfied with how WFG operated and its process as a whole. Finally, no more maintenance fees!”

If you know someone who’s in timeshare distress and could use our legitimate services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
