We are currently assisting a client pro bono who recently lost her husband. To keep her identity private, we will refer to her as Linda E.
Linda is 78 years old and is living paycheck to paycheck, but would not miss a payment to the timeshare. She lives in Florida, and in order to pay her maintenance fees, this amazing woman would mow the park all summer for money.
What if Linda was your mother or grandmother? We can not imagine our mother or grandmother having to mow a community park all summer at the age of 78 in order to pay her bills.
Linda had reached out to the timeshare multiple times for help to no avail. They refused to listen to her, consider her situation, or even help her.
We are currently working to get Linda out of this timeshare disaster. Even though she is struggling financially and is forced to mow lawns to make ends meet, her attitude is positive, she has a sense of humor and almost refused our help because she is very proud.
We cannot wait to see her cancellation complete.
