The Timeshare Company Had Nicole Sign A Timeshare Contract With Husband’s Credit Information
Nicole was just being a good daughter when she attended a timeshare presentation with her mom. Her mom asked her to come along to be her second set of eyes and ears during the meeting so that she wouldn’t miss anything.

The timeshare reps then used her soon to be ex-husband’s information to pull his credit. They wrote up a contract with both his name and Nicole’s name, and got Nicole to sign for ownership without her soon to be ex-husband’s signature.
