Riley M. Was Sick Of Having To Attend Long Presentations On Every Vacation

As a hardworking journalist, Riley knows what it takes to save up for a well-deserved vacation. But after she and her husband were manipulated into signing up for a timeshare they soon came to the conclusion that booking dates was nearly impossible.

The following is a written account of the timeshare ordeal that Riley experienced. We hope her excerpts will enlighten some of the strategies that the timeshare industry often uses on innocent clients. Names of people have been changed and/or redacted for privacy concerns.

“We could never book a vacation with this timeshare company. The website is not user friendly, so I usually had to call in for help. But when I did that, the phone rep always tried to "upsell" us. Each time we were successful in booking a vacation, once at the site, we were required to sit through another presentation that took four hours. They were always trying to get us to buy more. Also, my account would lock me out or tell me to pick another destination since all my chosen dates were full. It was ridiculous.”

It didn’t take long for Riley and her husband to start searching for a way out. As soon as they realized they had been lied to they got to work and that’s when they came across Wesley Financial Group, LLC (WFG).

“I remember one of my colleagues at work had her timeshare terminated by WFG and was telling me how wonderful and easy it was to work with the team. That really stuck out to me, and so I decided to request more information.”

After our team was able to speak with Riley she was thrilled to hear about the ease of the process and the kind of success stories our staff had experienced.

“The company has a proven track record. WFG got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions. Once I spoke to the first representative at WFG they made me feel like I wasn’t an idiot for falling in the trap of the timeshare. They had a great understanding of how anyone could fall for timeshare scams.”

We are proud to announce that after Riley reached out to our team we were able to completely terminate her timeshare agreement. Our staff also relieved her and her family of over $30,000 in timeshare mortgage debt.*

“WFG’s honest-to-goodness honesty and kindness really set them apart. Their hard work, dedication, and ambition was great to work with. Their true understanding and compassion they had for the situation we were in made us feel like we mattered. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and helpful.”

Now that they’re timeshare free, Riley and her husband can’t wait to start travelling again. This time, with no strings attached.

If you know someone who’s in timeshare distress and could use our legitimate services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
