Kirsten S. Was Lied To Over and Over Again By Timeshare Sales Reps

Having worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 30 years, Kirsten knows what it means to treat clients with dignity and care. When she was manipulated into buying a timeshare, dignity, and care were nowhere to be found.

Below is a word for word account of the timeshare ordeal that Kirsten experienced. We hope her written account will enlighten some of the tactics that the timeshare industry often uses on good, unsuspecting people. Names of people have been changed and/or redacted for privacy reasons.

“I was told by the sales reps that we could go to these different places as long as we had the points. Nope. We never could get to Gulf Shores the whole entire time we had the timeshare. And many times we made a reservation for a one-bedroom king, but we would be put in a handicap room. We aren’t even handicapped. They never made that right. The sales reps would have the music blaring and would act like you missed out on this great big deal, but would act as you could only get it that day. Anything they could do to get you to buy more points, even though you weren’t satisfied. We were told that our kids and grandkids would be able to have our timeshares after we pass, but they failed to mention they would still have to pay the maintenance fees.”

Upset with the situation she felt she was thrown into, Kirsten began to recant all of the lies she was told during the sales proceeding of her timeshare.

“It was all lies. We were never able to go where we wanted. Every year we were told that we missed out on the yearly sales upgrade and that it was our last chance to benefit from it. They would manipulate and lie to get you to buy more points and go into further debt. And when you complain about something they tell you someone will call and they never do call you.”

Feeling helpless, Kirsten saw a T.V. commercial one night for Wesley Financial Group, LLC (“WFG”).

“We had only been looking for a few months when we found WFG. I had read good reviews online about WFG, and ultimately, that’s the writing on the wall to me. It made it an easy decision. We are so glad we did choose Wesley because now we don’t have to deal with our timeshare anymore.”

After signing on with Wesley Financial Group, LLC, Kirsten is completely free of her timeshare agreement.* Now she can focus on the liberty of taking a vacation any time she wants to.

“Just knowing that there was an end in sight and that we were given so much hope and encouragement. For that, we are forever thankful for Wesley Financial Group. Those guys truly are amazing!”

Does Kirsten’s timeshare nightmare sound similar to someone you’re close to? If you know a timeshare owner who could potentially use our services, pass along our phone number below. We would be more than happy to see if they qualify for our timeshare termination services.
